Where are you located?
Our main production facility is located in Illinois but the majority of our staff works from home, processing orders and making sure your package ships on time and is correct. We do have a mail forwarding address in Las Vegas to handle all of our mail and send it to us, but it is not our physical location. Because of the Vegas address, we have decided to use a Nevada number to route calls to our staff during normal business hours.
When are you available?
Our customer support department is available Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST. Occasionally we answer calls and chats after hours and on weekends, so feel free to reach out to us. If we do not respond, leave us a message and we will answer you back during normal support hours. Our offices are closed on major holidays and the majority of weekends.

I sent an email to somebody and nobody has responded

Please check your email inbox for replies from “info @ novelty certifications dot com” (simply add the spaces back and mke the dot a . and you’ll be have our complete email). You can also add our email to your safe list.
